Returns

  1. If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you will be entitled for a full refund.
  2. We typically process orders within 48 hours, once the order is processed there will be a 2% cancellation fee to cover the transaction fee applied by payment processor.
  3. Once your floor has been installed, we are unable to accept returns on any unused material less than 3 cases. When your flooring project is finished, if you have one to three cases of material leftover, it is advised that you retain them in case you need to make a repair.
  4. The bare minimum quantity be returned is 3 cases and 10 meter square which ever is higher, and each box must be undamaged and sealed.
  5. All sales are final on trims & accessories.
  6. Prior to making a return, you require a return authorization from our customer assistance division. After receiving your order, you have up to 30 days to request a return authorization. Refunds are not accepted beyond 30 days. This may also be 14 days in the case of some flooring materials. Please contact your sales representative for information.
  7. Special/Distribution/mill direct order material cannot be returned/cancelled, please ask your sales representative before ordering the material. LA Floor Coverings UK can only take returns upon the manufacturer's approval.
  8. Owing to the nature of digital photography and other such media, the products shown on this website and in any accompanying media may differ slightly in proportion and colour due to limitations of browser software and monitors. These images are sourced from the manufacturer. LA Floor Coverings UK & the manufacturer both are not responsible as to how the images are showing in your screen/monitor. It is recommended to have a sample shipped out in case you haven’t seen the product physically.


Refunds

  1. We will provide you a credit or a refund after our vendor receives the returned goods. The time from the day the material was received to the end of the process is typically 2 to 5 weeks.
  2. You would be responsible for paying the actual original freight charge, the return freight charge, and any applicable restocking fee, which typically ranges from 10% to 30% of the purchase if you choose to return any portion of or your whole order. Any special/distribution center/mill orders cannot be canceled. If this is a concern for you, please consult with your sales rep.
  3. The freight fee mentioned on your invoice is not the original freight price in reality. Most of the time, the real freight we pay to deliver your product is substantially more than the amount stated on your invoice even when you were offered FREE shipping.
  4. Restocking fees and all shipping costs associated with the return are your responsibility.
  5. Several flooring materials, including as custom orders and direct mill orders, cannot be returned. Please speak with the sales agent before completing the purchase if this is a concern of yours.
  6. Goods shipped from outside the UK are not eligible for exchange or refund.
